Over the course of camp, students will experience a fusion of styles and choreography within the hip hop/Liturgical dance. We will mostly be exploring foundational grooves and basic terminology within this style, as well as discussing social issues and aspects regarding this genre and culture.
There will be a final performance/presentation throughout the school year as well as at the conclusion of year, which will be a combination of movements they have learned and concepts we have explored. They’ll also
experience cheerleading, which is a team activity of elements of dance and acrobatics combined with shouted slogans in order to entertain spectators at sporting events. They will learn the basics of cheer to include stretching and exercise, arm motion drills, beginner tumbling skills, basic jump drills and technique, formations, beginner stunting and cheer routines.

Your elite athletes receive 120 minutes of DAILY intense training from our skilled & experienced coaches through various skills and drills in order to rapidly enhance athlete’s skills of the game. In addition, provide basic fundamentals to those in their early stages of the sport to improve their skills and experience the love of basketball, always inspiring them to use their gifts and talents to glorify Christ.

FLAG FOOTBALL
Athletes learn the basic fundamentals of football while training through small group drills and exercises with coaches and trainers. They’ll also get to compete through flag football and tackle football opportunities to showcase their talent and gifts in action.
BOXING
Athletes receive instruction from a certified world champion boxer. They’ll learn basic defensive mechanisms, strikes while building their endurance & strength.
